Pricing FAQ
Can I change plans later?
Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. If you upgrade, you'll be charged the prorated difference. If you downgrade, the new rate takes effect at your next billing cycle.
What happens when I run out of credits?
We'll notify you at 80% usage so you can plan ahead. Once your credits are used up, you can upgrade your plan or purchase additional credits at any time to keep working.
Can I see feature demos before subscribing?
Yes. We provide demo videos for Data Cleaning and Tender Search so you can evaluate workflows before choosing a plan.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) and bank transfers for Enterprise plans.
What counts as a Data Operations Credit?
One Data Operations Credit equals one processed row. This applies to deduplication and data cleaning operations. Enrichment uses separate Enrichment Credits (1 credit = 1 record enriched).
